The weather’s killing

The weather’s killing me now. Its so hot now. I can also smell haze. What’s wrong with the weather? Goodness, its never been this hot for such a long period of time before, i seriously think that there’s something wrong with the earth!

My life has been so hectic recently that whenever i feel like blogging, my brain just tells me to do something more productive. Even as i type these very words, i’m thinking of the chinese mock exams on monday and tuesday. 2 Around 1 and a half weeks ago, 5th april to be exact, i went to buy the emancipation of mimi, mariah’s latest album, with vernon. At first i only thought of accompanying vernon to buy the album with him as i knew the importance of this album to vernon. I didn’t really have the intention to actually buy it. First we went to PArkway to check if Music Junction or Sembawang had it but unfortunately, neither had it yet. So we had lunch and Vernon suggested we went to HMV and i agreed. On the way to HMV we saw the half-breed walking/trotting/crawling/bitching his/her/its way to parkway, obviously to get the cd. But we knew that he wasn’t going to get it!hahaz! But after arriving at HMV at citylink, the lady told us that we had to wait for an hour before the stocks arrived! I had half the mind to leave and come back another day but decided to check out Raffles City while waiting, We wasted one full hour at Raffles City and when we returned to HMV a saleslady who had a striking resemblence to QUeen Latifah told us that the CDs were probably going to arrive in another hour’s time. I almost fainted. Vernon wanted to wait so i stayed on knowing the importance of getting the CD before the half breed. Luckily, god bless, and the CDs arrived in 15 mins and i bought the Cd anyway because i waited like over 2 hours travelling form one place to another to get it. We were probably the first 2 people in Spore to buy the CD! hahaz. “queen Latifah” commented that she looked like Beyonce and told us to enjoy the CD. haha! We bought the Cd earlier than U. Take that KC!

My verdict on the Cd, I love the first song, It’s like that. The other tracks can really make me concentrate while doing Math. Go figure.

There’s something today i really like to tell about but sometimes, somethings are better kept confidiential!

Her concert rocks! Yah she’s really great! I went to the Indoor stadium, had my dinner at Oasis then headed off to the stadium. Although I was half an hour early, there was already a queue to get in. After I got in, I saw my friends immediately and I headed to the gift table. My friends bought badges, posters while I decided to get a black Avril T-shirt for my brother. After that we went in to find our seats. We had quite good seats. Near to the stage Plus no need to stand. I cant believe people actually paid to stand and watch. Haiz anyways, Pug Jelly opened the concert. They sang around 5 songs. So loud!! After that we waited for a while then she opened with The moment she appeared, 2 girls behind us screamed like mad! Wah they were louder then the speakers. Mad!! Her concert’s really nice. She played the classical guitar, electric guitar, drums yah and even the piano. The concert’s really nice. Btw she kept looking at us!! So kewl!! Before one of the songs she had to switch 3 to 4 guitars because the previous few weren’t working. Haha, she told us that this was how we know that she was singing life. Her Vocals are really good. She sounds like her CDs. Yah then there a lot of other things that happened also but I too tired to say all now. I’ll give the explicit content next time!
