Smartness

There shouldn’t be any smartness or cleverness in love. Love should be pure, innocent, childish, giving and for the most part stupid. I still believe that such a form exits, just that it is not common. There is no such thing as smart love. THAT is unromantic and fake. Irrationality surrounds the loved and those who want to be loved. It should be downright silly, not fully thought through. Love lifts us up where we belong. LOVE makes u act like we are heroes. throw our lives away just for ONE HAPPY DAY. How wonderful life is when youre in the world.

I IGNORED THE SIGNS AND FELL FOR THAT CRAP. I AM SO SICKENED BY THIS NONSENSE. I HATE MYSLEF FOR BEING SO GULLIBLE. BLOODY IDIOT. I HAVE ONLY MYSELF TO BLAME. I AM SO INAPT. I AM A BLOODY LOSER NOT BEING ABLE TO DO ANYTHING. MY FEELINGS ARE SO IN THE WAY OF PURE JUDGEMENT I AM SO USELESS. I AM SO YUCKS. GO TO HELLL.

Bull in a china shop

One day Jack walked past a shop selling beautiful tea cups. He spotted a beautifully crafted teacup sitting in the display shelf. Jackthought that it was too expensive for him. He never thought of owning it.

One day, some one told Jack that the cup was up for sale and that the cup was indeed really well suited for it. Jack walked into the shop and held the cup in his hands. Should he buy it? He was afraid to break it on the way home. Breaking it would be like breaking his dream. It was also the dream of the cup to be owned by Jack.

Life with its many insecurites plagued Jack and the cup. The cup looked beautiful with its intricated details and patterns. But was the cup durable. Would it another one of those cups that would fall apart after a while? Should Jack ask the shopkeeper more about the cup?

Today I went to the dentist because my gums have been bleeding whenever I brushed my teeth for the last week or so. So today I decided to visit the dentist and get my teeth and gums checked. It the end it turned out that I had a built up of tartar between my teeth and gums. The dentist did scaled and polished my teeth. Gosh it hurt real bad. I could smell the blood oozing out from my gums.

In the afternoon I went to Orchard Kinokuniya because Vernon wanted to buy a magazine for his mum. It turned out that the magazine was out of stock and Vern ended up waiting for to browse through my stationery. I also got the half blood prince (hard cover UK version) for $9.90.

And I drank a cup of gold mixed with fruit juice. I paid a whopping $6.95 for a cup of Orange Julius smoothie. Gosh!

On the way back I bumped into LACE. It was highly ironic because just as I was telling Vern that I dont see any JC students, she called out my name. Haha. That Laughing woman was giggling non stop with her friend. They look so secretive about where they were going. Hmmmm…

Sometimes life doesnt always seem to go your way. What I have always thought is that the special moment will come to you eventually. That special cup will eventually present itself so perfectly, begging you to drink it. Romnatic ideas I seem to have about life and how it operates.
Should I wait patiently for the right cup to swivel by or go out hunting or even making a cup from scratch? What kind of cup should I be looking for? Is life all about cups?

Ladies and Gentlemen, sometimes life is not all about cups. But when things dont seem to go your way, all you need is CUP OF WARM COCOA to tuck you safely and cosily into bed…

Jurong. Boon Lay

Today school ended early for us to go to Officer Cadet School. Two officers brought us around for tour. Tour the place for 5 hours. Played weird games. I had to be a model. People put army clothes on me. Painted my face. *gross* Dumb place la. But at least better than being in school. *winks* Oh yah BTW TJ was there too. Guess who I saw! PEOPLE FROM TJ!!! AND IJ Jeffery G.S.H, Ben Hakyem and Daniel. Ben was like OMG OMG OMG. Jeff was flashing his smile at me. sweets. and Hakeyml and Hakeym were so polite. so happi!

I now cherish the importance of a toilet and that I am going to spend thousands of dollars on it when I grow up. I want it air-conditioned. Big bath tub. Good View. Privacy. Nice shower area. Plasma TV. hmm… dunno wat else i need. Hahah. Oh yah AND ONLY I CAN USE IT.

One of my toilets are under renovation and today I had to go over my aunt’s house to shower cos the contractor say must let something dry before the other toilet can be used because dunno what will leak to dunno where. Sian. So i had to go to my aunts house which is 2 blocks away… Showered there. My cousin said the cutest thing to me b4 i left :” walk slowly… dont perspire already!” LOL wat a cute thing to say considering that the only time we chatted is usually during CNY. HAHA.

King and the clown

Today I was entertained by wei ying and prisci in the canteen by their little anecdotes of the King and the Clown. It made us all want to watch it. So we went after my orals. Lucky Shi Yun and I were first 2 on the list! yay. So went to watch after the orals with Qazz, Carrie, priss and weiying.
The show is nice. Creepy at parts. Romantic and sweet at others… Must watch!

Youth day 2006

Well today I was supposed to go have high tea with my mum at the intercontinental hotel at bugis. But my mum found out that they only had high tea on weekends so we had lunch instead. Mediterranean style buffet. Cute. They had cute little bottles of olive oil on the table. haha. So cute. Then they had a pasta station. MY FAVE. and they had lasagne and blah blah blah. the usual crap! The waiters. Yes they were the highlight. waiters = highlight. managers= lowlight. Hmm one kept pacing with another female up and down my table. Kept giggling. *haha* ~giggles back~ Hmm then there was this other waiter with very good complexion. either that or he was wearing make-up! COOL!

AFter that I went shopping with my mum. SEIYU really is very auntie and boring. TAngs is very trendy and friendly. The salesgirl told us to go taka cos they had sale. LOL. THIS IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE! I feel so guilty. My mum bought quite abit of clothes for me today. I got my levi’s black jeans for ushering in church. Then I got ELLE jeans cos i liked them. Gosh then I went belt hunting at ESPRIT. The salesman. SO helpful! too helpful? hmm… gosh if onli i was shopping alone. hahaha. and yah my mum bought clothes for me even it wasnt christmas or chinese new year next week! YAY. so happy. I heart my mum! (of cos i heart her other times lah. i don just say it cos she bought things for me. )

Oh yah I also bumped into Jo and El at taka. *cough cough* eating dairy queen. Yah eat too much cold stuff will cough de. SMILEZ! Mum said Jo was havoc!

And now my hips and shoulders hurt so bad. yikes and im still blogging for u creeps to read…..

Refreshments

Someone once asked me, “If two guys were to offer you drinks at the same time, which one would you take?” Naturally, I wouldn’t know the answer. I don’t even know the drinks offered. But this chap is lucky enough to have 2 cups of drinks offered to him at the same time, isnt he?

BUT

What if two guys offered you half a cup of drink each? Would you then take one and hope for a top-up in the near future? Leave both on the table and see if there is an auto top-up? Or would you wait for a fuller cup from someone else?
