My blog allows me to run away from things which may be bugging me.

Sometimes I have things  which bug me so much that I feel pai sei to even talk to my friends about. Because truth be told, I am quite annoying. I am so anal about certain things that I drive myself mad talking about it. Least of all my friends and family.

My blog forces me to focus on the positive things in life because no one likes to declare that he is a born-loser on the world wide web. So here I am, blogging about some of the nice things that I have caught on camera in the closing days of 2011.

Anyways, yesterday My bro went fishing! He woke up at 6 in the morning to go to some place around Ponggol to fish. This is what he brought back!

And this is what my mum turned it into…

It’s quite yummy! I could tell it was really fresh cos the flesh broke off/ dropped off the bone! =)

Saturday Night:

For dinner, I was supposed to order Macs cos we (zoe, bro, and his friend) were all too lazy to do anything else for dinner. We were going down to withdraw money for the delivery when they decided to order pizza instead. So i changed plans. Went to have Carl’s instead!

Come to think of it, it’s quite stupid right? If we were going to go to central to withdraw money, then might as well dabao some food back along the way right?…

Anyways, I met Maria and we ended up at Carl’s junior.

Ok we shared the sides and drinks… BUT, we are all SUPER FULL after the meal.

and KNS her still went home to eat her mom’s ayam & ikan penyet. KANAHSAI LAH. still brag to me that her mum’s chilli very sedap and shiok!

Food glorious food!

A little boy who was swimming next to me said Hi to me as I walked out of the showers. He said bye by singing Justin B’s Baby! #MadeMyDay.

While in the pool, he was next to me, with his father, practicing the breast-stroke. ACtually, his father and him called it the “froggie-style”. BOY, were they adorable. He really did look like a frog in the pond when he swam!

he looked somewhat like that only much cuter. and less gross and creepy looking. he was small and light. like a little damsel struggling against the waves. but still quite apt at his stroke! CUTE LAH!

anyways, while in the shower i heard him asking his father if humans could fly! hahahaha. and when i got out, his father was combing a mohawk for him! i smiled to myself and waked out of the shower room. he followed behind me and said hi to me. he was wearing a transformers Tee!

I complimented his hairstyle and he was absolutely GLEEFUL! i asked him if he had thanked his father for helping him achieve such a COOL look and he did so immediately! We walked side by side till we reached the entrance and as we walked, he started singing and dancing to Justin Bieber’s Baby!

Before we parted ways, he waved bye to me quite incessantly.

I was quite touched.

ignore the time-line of this blog post. this post is actually about monday evening’s swim. it’s already wednesday afternoon. fabian is such an efficient blogger.

the weather is so typically Singaporean- hot and humid, but for once, I’m loving it. why?

Because I’ve just cast my vote! =)

I woke up early to have a good breakfast before going to cast my inaugural vote! My virgin vote!

I had Queen’s Street famous hand-made fishball Mee Poh (green bowl, haha I only remembered to take photo after I finished eating!) and Charcoal cooked porridge with Bee Hoon.

After which, went to stock up on some traditional chinese sundries.

and to end it all, I’d like to lend me your ears to this song by Paul Young. Sung 3 years before i was actually born, this song really inspired me as I made my way to the polling station.

I got out of the bed before 10 today, the earliest I’ve been up the whole of this week. I’ve got tuition later in the afternoon but bro asked me to go gym with him before that so I oblige? HAHA.

Anyways I’m testing out this cool blogging app that allows me to blog while I’m on the go. It seems to be cooler than the wordpress app cos it supports many other blogging platforms such as blogger and god knows what other lame ass things people use to blog. Blogger and wordpress trump all others LAH PUH-LEeeeeASE.

Anyways here are some screen- shots. Yes this app allows u to upload pics also. Too bad iPhone’s PhotoShop express can’t liquify! LOL
